Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect through novusai.ae, why, and how long we keep it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry form: first and last name, work email, company, optional phone number, your chosen service and any message you write.
- AI360 readiness assessment: your name, work email, company, job title, department, sector, organisation size, the statements you select, your answers and any comments. Your progress is saved in your own browser so you can resume, until you finish or choose to start fresh.
- No cookies. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. No third-party fonts or content delivery networks.
- Your browser stores up to 10 timestamps of your own form submissions, on your device only, to limit repeat sends. You can clear them by clearing site data.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation you asked for. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Who processes it
Form submissions and AI360 reports are relayed by EmailJS to our inbox and, for AI360, as a copy to the email address you enter, over an encrypted connection. Our email runs on our business email provider. Both act as processors under contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a client engagement.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the DIFC Data Protection Law 2020 and, where they apply, the UK and EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@novusai.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with a strict content security policy and no third-party scripts. To report a vulnerability, see our security contact.
